Second story on Beechwood
This unique University of Richmond neighborhood is prime for making ranch houses into two story houses like we did here. This project, which we completed in 2002, took about four months and added about $250,000 value to the house. The cost for most of these projects is around half of the appraised value. The project below has a new second story as well as a full walk up attic. Also there is a 2 story addition added onto the back that helps to make this a nice 5 bedroom house.
